Flight bookings
Tell an agent where you are going and let them search live fares across airlines. We quote the airline fare, the taxes and our service fee separately, and nothing is charged until you agree to the total.
What we can book
- One-way, return and multi-city itineraries
- Economy, premium economy, business and first cabins
- Group bookings and family itineraries kept on one record
- Connecting itineraries built across more than one airline
- Bookings with special assistance, medical equipment or mobility needs noted to the airline
- Unaccompanied minor and infant bookings, where the airline permits an agency to make them
What we cannot do: we cannot override an airline’s fare rules, guarantee a seat the airline has not released, or promise an upgrade, a refund or a waiver on the airline’s behalf. If an agent cannot get you something, they will say so.
You are calling Worlds Travel LLC, an independent travel agency — not an airline. A service fee may be charged in addition to the airline’s own fare and charges, and it is quoted to you before you agree to anything. Prefer to write? Email contact@worldstravels.us.
How a booking is made
Give us the trip
Departure and arrival cities or airports, dates, number of passengers and ages, and the cabin you want. Flexible on dates? Say so — it usually helps the price.
We search live inventory
We book through the Amadeus global distribution system (ACN 84866628), which shows real airline availability. We are not quoting from a cached list.
We read you the fare rules
Baggage allowance, whether the ticket is changeable, whether it is refundable, and any penalty that would apply. This is the part most people skip; we would rather you heard it.
We itemise the total
Airline fare, government taxes and carrier charges, and the Worlds Travel service fee as its own line. You hear the final number before any card is used.
You approve, we ticket
We take payment on the call, issue the ticket and email the confirmation to the address you give us. Open it and check every passenger name against the passport.
What to have in front of you
Passenger names
Exactly as printed on the passport or government ID that will be used to travel. Airlines charge to correct names, and some will not correct them at all.
Dates and flexibility
Your fixed dates, and any days either side you could accept. A one-day shift often changes the fare considerably.
Documents
Passport numbers, expiry dates and nationality. Visa and entry rules are your responsibility, but tell us your nationality and we will flag anything obvious.
Loyalty numbers
Frequent flyer numbers you want credited. Adding them at booking is easier than after departure.
Baggage plan
How many bags, and anything unusual — skis, a bike, an instrument, a pet. These need to be arranged, not assumed.
Assistance needs
Wheelchair, oxygen, a service animal, a medical device. Tell us on the booking call so the request goes to the airline at the same time.
How the price is built
| Line | Set by | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Base fare | Airline | Moves with live availability; not guaranteed until ticketed |
| Taxes, fees and carrier charges | Governments and the airline | Collected by us and passed on |
| Worlds Travel service fee | Worlds Travel LLC | Quoted separately before you authorise payment; non-refundable once the ticket is issued |
| Optional extras | Airline | Seats, bags and meals, where the airline sells them through agencies |
Amounts are confirmed on the call in the currency you will be charged. Prices shown or discussed are subject to change and availability until a ticket is issued.
Booking FAQs
Will I get an e-ticket number?
Yes. Once the airline issues the ticket you receive a confirmation email containing the airline booking reference and the e-ticket number. If it has not arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder and then call us.
Can you hold a price?
Only if the airline offers a hold on that fare, and most do not. If a hold is possible we will tell you the deadline and what it costs. Otherwise, a fare is only secured once it is ticketed.
Is the cheapest fare always the best one?
Not usually. The lowest fares tend to carry no baggage, no seat selection and no changes. We will tell you what a cheap fare gives up so you can decide.
Do you book hotels and cars?
Our focus is air travel. Ask an agent what else we can arrange alongside your flights.
Get a real quote in one call.
An agent will search, explain the rules and give you an itemised total.
Calls are answered by Worlds Travel LLC agents. We will never ask for your full card number by email or text message.
